Product Usage
Step 1: Long press the switch to turn it on. The light on the button will turn red and our Omoi eye mask will start its magic of heating up. Short press the switch and choose your desired heat - blue for low heat (45℃~50℃), red for high heat(50℃~55℃).
Step 2: Place the Omoi eye mask over your eyes and relax.
Step 3: After usage, you can turn it off with a long press on the switch. The Omoi eye mask will also be automatically switched off after 30 mins.
Step 4: Recharge the Omoi eye mask when it runs out of battery (approximately after 90 mins of usage).
Insert the micro USB cable (provided) into the switch input of the Omoi eye mask and charge it for about 1.5 hours. Voila! it is fully charged.
Blinking red - Charging
Blinking blue - 100% charged
Red - High heat (50℃~55℃)
Blue - Low heat (45℃~50℃)
No light - Battery off
In the case of low battery, the battery turns off after 30 seconds. Use your PC/mobile battery/AC adaptor with the provided USB cable to charge.

Our Omoi Rechargeable Heated Silk Eye Mask is equipped with a safety feature that automatically turns off after 30 minutes of use. It can also be used cordlessly after charging.
For safe usage, please observe the following precautions:
Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort or pain in your eyes.
Avoid using the eye mask while wearing contact lenses or during charging.
Do not wash the inner graphene heating pad. To clean the mask, unzip to remove the heating pad and hand-wash the outer silk cover using a mild, neutral detergent. (Please note: the mask is not machine washable.)
This product contains a lithium-ion battery. Do not attempt to dismantle or burn the device.
This product is not a medical device. If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional before use.
Product Care
Yes, to clean the mask, unzip to remove the heating pad and hand-wash the outer silk cover using a mild, neutral detergent.

No, it is not. It is recommended for you to hand-wash it.
Please hand-wash the outer silk cover at a water temperature below 30 degrees. The inner graphene heating pad should not be washed.
This product contains a lithium-ion battery; avoid dismantling or burning it.
Order and Shipping
1. Click “Add to Cart” to add items.
2.Tap the cart icon (top right) to view your cart.
3. Review items and click “Check Out” at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose between standard checkout (entering delivery/payment info) or express options like Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5.Enter any valid discount code in the “Discount Code” field and click “Apply.”
6.Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
7. Click “Pay Now” to place your order. You’ll see a summary on-screen and receive a confirmation email.
You’ll receive an email with your order details and number, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, once your order is on its way.
Your shipment will typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, we kindly ask for your patience should there be any unforeseen delays.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can easily follow its journey to your doorstep.

At Omoi Wellness, your credit card information is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, keeping it unreadable to unauthorized parties. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee security during transmission, so you assume this risk. For extra safety, please log out after each session.
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within Singapore — but we’re excited to share that we plan to expand to more regions in the near future.
Shipping is a flat rate of SGD4.99, for all Singapore deliveries.
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot cancel them once placed. If you need to amend your order, email us at omoi.wellness.jp@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to help.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order, as we only ship to the address provided.
If it’s wrong before shipping, contact our Customer Support ASAP at omoi.wellness.jp@gmail.com — we may be able to fix it.
If it’s returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
If it’s delivered to the wrong address, we cannot replace or refund it.
As a small business, re-shipping affects us, so reviewing your address carefully helps ensure smooth delivery.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
No worries. You can return your Omoi eye mask within 30 days of delivery for any reason as part of our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.
Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t swap items once they’re on their way. Take a moment to review your selection at checkout—we want it to be exactly what you love!
Our warranty covers any defects in functionality under normal use within 3 months (90 days) from the date of arrival.
Warranty Coverage:
Functionality Issues - If the eye mask stops functioning correctly within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement.
What is Not Covered:
Damage due to misuse: This includes damage resulting from improper care, including but not limited to: contact with water, physical damage, or use contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual.
Battery issues beyond the warranty period: Battery performance may degrade over time depending on usage, and this is not covered after the 3-month warranty period.
Accidental damage or wear and tear resulting from use not in accordance with the product instructions.
How to Claim the Warranty:
Please reach out to our Customer Support team at omoi.wellness.jp@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos, if applicable.
Once your claim is approved, we will guide you through the return process. You may be asked to return the defective product. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we will either replace your eye mask or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
Important Note:
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover any damages caused by external factors such as accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
